With a vast increasing dust pollution , there is increase care about healthy skin . Dust pollution cause more skin disease , developing dark skin , skin dullness , etc. This is mainly due to the  depositing of the dust particles deepen in to your skin. To get red of from this we all use chemical-based cosmetic products. But such products have harmful chemicals that can ultimately damage your skin. Often times the products are expensive, too. Many people started using the chemical skin care products, markets have also grown with introducing skin-lightening creams and lotions. 

They are very expensive too. You can save yourself some time and money by using natural remedies that will effectively brighten and lighten your skin complexion.

1. Yogurt

Yogurt, a by-product of milk, has many nutrients that are good for the skin. It's one of the best bleaching agent rich with lactic acid

How to Use:
 
Mix the yogurt with half table spoon of honey , apply it on face and neck . Leave it for 10- 15 minutes.Wash it off gently . Do it at least once on a daily basis.
 
Instead of honey you can also use it by mixing with little lemon juice and some oatmeal to yogurt to make a thick paste, and apply it as a face mask. This remedy will also help keep your skin supple and moisturised.

2. Oranges

Oranges are rich vitamin C contented fruit. Vitamin C is very good for skin. Orange is an excellent beauty aid in reversing the aging process. Moreover ,  oranges have bleaching properties that can lighten your skin tone.Due to the open pores in the face , dust particles are really attracted to stay in that pores causing skin rashes , devloping acne and so on.  . Using orange will help to close the pores.

How to Use:
 
Just apply the juice of an orange on your face; let it stay for 2-3 minutes and wash off immediately. This helps in closing the enlarged pores and giving a shining glow to your face.

After eating orange don't throw away the peel . Powder it , Mix with milk or Curd apply it on the face. Leave about 30 minutes, then wash it off gently.

Rubbing your face with orange smoothly for 20 minutes will glow your skin brighter .Just mash the grated orange peels to apply on your acne and its scars. If followed regularly, you will see visible reduction in the pimples and its marks.

3.Gram Flour

Gram flour is one of the best ingredients for people who wish to lighten their skin complexion.It contains various nutrients that help keep your skin very healthy. Using the remedy below every other day will help remove excess oil from your skin while retaining your skin’s natural moisture.

1. Mix some gram flour with a small amount of water or rose water to make a thick paste.
2. Apply it on your face, hands, and legs.
3. Leave it on until the paste dries. Then wash it off with water.

4.Papaya

Papaya is believed to contain natural bleaching properties and the various nutrients in it will make your skin glow with health. It is considered the best remedies for the natural skin treatment. Has many benefits like :

How to Use:

Have it as a fruit. The general cleansing properties of papaya will cleanse the skin of impurities that could be causing it to darken.

Rub the inner part of the skin of a papaya on your face. Allow it to dry. Then wash your face with cold water and pat it dry. This will give your skin a nice glow. Do this daily.

Mash a ripe papaya and mix it with one cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice. Massage the mixture all over your face and neck. Leave it on for at least 30 minutes before washing it off with cold water. Do this at least once a week to notice a visible change in your skin tone.

5. Turmeric

Turmeric helps to improve skin complexion.Moreover , it has antiseptic and antioxidant properties that are good for your skin’s overall health.It helps to reduce melanin content and thus lightening your skin.Turmeric is high in antioxidants that slow down cell damage.

It’s widely used as a skin exfoliant and improves skin’s texture.
It helps with inflammatory skin conditions, such as acne, dry skin, psoriasis and eczema.
It helps reduce pigmentation and even out the skin tone.
It is also said to diminish wrinkles.
 
How to Use:
 
Mix one teaspoon of turmeric with one teaspoon of lemon juice and two spoon of gram flour. Make up a paste then apply it on your face , leave about 20 – 25 minutes. Then wash it off with lukewarm water. 

Use it as a face pack:
 
Mix flour, turmeric, honey and milk to make a paste
2 tablespoons of flour. You can use regular flour, rice flour or ground oats if your skin is dry. 1 teaspoon turmeric 3 tablespoons milk. You can also use yogurt to fight acne.

A few drops of honey . Apply a thin layer to your face and let it dry for 20 minutes .Rinse off in the shower  gently to remove. Apply your favourite moisturiser.

6. Aloe Vera

Hyperpigmentation is one of the main causes of uneven skin tone. It is the best cooling agent , helps regenerate new cells and rebuild damaged tissue, which is important for healthy skin.
Use Aloe Vera as a face pack
 
For Dry Skin : Take some aloe vera, a pinch of turmeric, a teaspoon of honey, a teaspoon of milk and a few drops of rose water. Blend this mix till you get a paste. Apply it and leave in for about 20 minutes or so.

For Acne - Take some aloe vera gel, blended walnuts with a flour like consistency and honey. Aloe vera's healing properties coupled with the anti-oxidants from honey will leave you with smooth and clear skin.

For Sensitive Skin - Grab some aloe vera gel, cucumber juice, yoghurt and rose oil and blend them to a paste. Apply and leave for around 20 minutes, then rinse it off.

7. Cucumber

Supple and firm skin often has an even and light skin tone. Cucumber also has a cooling effect on your skin. It is suitable for all skin types.

Cut cucumber in to pieces and gently place it on the face covering whole. Then take it off after 30 minutes your face will look very fresh and do it prolong for light and beautiful skin.

Grate cucumber and mix it with one table spoon of honey and lemon . Make a thick paste . Aplly and leave for 15 minutes. Wash off gently with cold water.

You can also mix one teaspoon each of lemon juice and cucumber juice. Apply it on your face, leaving it on for 15 to 20 minutes or until it dries. Wash it off with water. Do this once daily.

8. Oat Meal

Oat meal is the best cleansing agent and will make your skin lighter and protect from skin complexion. 

Use Oat Meal with Rose water
 
Mix oat meal powder with rose water make a face pack . Apply it gently . Do it after returning from outside. It will clean your skin deeply and it washes off  very small dust from the pores . Leave it for 20 minutes , then wash off gently.
