Stage 3: Mild cognitive Decline

No Dementia :  This stage includes increased forgetfulness , less work concentration , not able to remember certain words . But person falling in this phase can be cured perfectly with the help of family and acquaintance.

Stage 4 :  Moderate Cognitive Decline

Early stage of dementia : This stage includes decreased concentration of work , decrease memory , more forgetfulness .
